M’era Luna 2017

Hi batsies <3 Last weekend it was finally time for M’era Luna again! Everybody who knows me a bit or has been following me for a while knows that I look forward to it the whole year, haha. It’s always quite a sad moment when it’s over and you have to get back to adjusting to normal live again, where is all the black? Luckily I had a photoshoot with ReeRee Phillips and Psychara on Wednesday so I could linger in M’era Luna like vibes a bit longer this year. But now it’s over :( At the moment I feel like I’ve been ran over by a truck since my entire body is extremely sore and actually the only thing I want to do is sleep but I really need to get these photos online! (even if it is just to stay in a M’era Luna mood just for now).…

Hi batsies, I’m well aware that it has been over a week since AttitudeFest and that this blog is quite late… I was planning to wait on the aftervideo, since we still haven’t received the final version I just decided to write now and add the video later. And well it took some time for me to get back on track as well, AttitudeFest is always taking up soo much of my time and energy. M’era Luna 2016 – Part 3

Hi there, I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was super different and busy. On Friday I did this amazing photoshoot with Nathaly Blue at the former Dutch amusement park “Land van Ooit”. On Saturday I went to Lowlands festival, which took me a couple of hours to adjust to how extremely different it was from M’era Luna, but it was fun, I finally saw Sum 41 live! Teenhood memories, haha. And on Sunday I helped out at the Attitude Holland open house, which is always fun to do, I love helping people to shop and spend all there money at Attitude *evil laugh*. But seriously it’s always great with lots of cool people :)  And I do finally start to get used to my fangs a bit more, the lisping is slowly decreasing. Yay for becoming a better vamp. Hi again, busy week over here! Here’s part 2 of my M’era Luna photos. This time the results of the shoot with Miss & Mr.  Alternative (Donna & Nils) for Attitude Holland. Doing a photoshoot at a festival is always very challenging but also loads of fun, all the people that instantly want to take photos of them as well… never stops being funny. Hi there batsies, last weekend was amazing once again. I always look forward to the M’era Luna festival the entire year and then it goes by soo fast! But luckily enough we still got some photos. It’s just a completely different world and I have to get used to normal life again over here. Being over there is so inspiring and everything is accepted and “normal” which gives such a relax vibe on the entire festival, if only life could be more like that I think the world would be a much better place. I didn’t take as many “general” festival photos as last year but I did do more shoots, with Miss & Mr. Alternative for Attitude Holland and with Psychara and Mai Magi. Attitude Fest

Hi my lovely bats, last Saturday it was finally here: Attitude Fest! And I’m still extremely tired, but it was a great succes! It was so lovely to see a lot of people enjoying our little festival. Though I wished more people would support the bands instead of waiting in line for a free tattoo drawing or hairdye… But I guess people have their own priorities. So far I have only heard positive feedback from visitors so that’s really great. Of course there were (loads of) things that didn’t go as planned and I did spent my day running around fixing problems, but as long as the visitors didn’t really notice it’s not that bad right? I gave a small photography workshop but since I was stressing around a bit it didn’t really go that smooth… still I hope people enjoyed it and learned from it as well. I’m a…

Super Star Gods at Neushoorn 27/03

Good evening, did you all have a nice easter weekend? I had, well sort of, I had a bike accident and got my foot caught in the wheel, (yes what normally happens to small children only, I’m just that lucky) but aside from that it was a lovely weekend! Sunday evening my friends band Super Star Gods played the support show for Spiritual Beggars at Neushoorn Poppodium. It was a very small stage but the shows and the entire vibe of the evening were extremely good! The best way to spent your easter evening is at a rock show, right? Unfortunately I had the bike accident the day of the show so my foot and leg were killing me that evening (my New Rock heels did save the evening a bit though, since it did hurt way less when standing on 7 inch heels) so I only took some photos…

M’era Luna 2015 – Fashion

Hey again! So let’s start my M’era Luna stories with the most exciting part: the fashion! Personally I love music and concerts but when I’m at M’era Luna it’s even better to just sit in the grass somewhere and watch all the people that are walking by. It’s super inspiring and I love to see how everybody is just wearing whatever they want and everything gets accepted. It’s a totally different world where it’s oke to be yourself instead of conforming to whatever society wants you to look like. Want to walk around in just a thong and some fishnet tights? Fine! Want to wear a full steampunk outfit? Perfect! Men in corsets? Cool! Unicorn or pikachu onesies? Awesome as well. I always feel quite boring over there, haha, but I really love the vibe. Throwback Thursday: M’era Luna 2014

Hey! I’m so super excited for M’era Luna this August that I decided to show you some of photos of last year. Really can’t wait, last year was so impressive. The entire mood of the festival is just amazing and the people are so inspiring. Best part? Can’t even tell… perhaps the fashion show featuring our Miss & Mr. Alternative winners, maybe the Medieval market, or the fun at the Attitude Holland stand.
